Experience the Future of Vocational Education!
On 29 October 2025, FIAP e.V. and its partners will host the Capacity Building Workshop on XR & AI for Green VET in Lucena (Andalusia).
The one-day event will bring together around 150 students and teachers from the regions of Córdoba, Sevilla, and Málaga to explore how Extended Reality (XR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are shaping the future of vocational education and the green transition.
Through interactive sessions, demonstrations, and discussions, participants will experience how immersive and intelligent technologies can enhance VET — from virtual simulations to AI-supported tools for sustainable learning.
A highlight of the day will be the guided tour through the Keyter–Intarcon–Genaq Group facilities, where XR and AI experts will present real-life applications from the green industry. Afterwards, roundtables and networking sessions will provide space for exchange between educators, learners, and industry professionals.
The workshop is part of the GreenVOCnet (EUKI) and Metaverse Academy (Erasmus+, Co-funded by the European Union) projects. Its goal is to strengthen the link between sustainability, digitalisation, and vocational education across Europe and to develop practical approaches for integrating XR and AI technologies into VET systems.
