Applied research
The non-profit research institute for innovative and preventive job design (FIAP e.V.) was founded on 23rd February 2010 by a group of scientists from different disciplines who are connected by the questions and problems of a modern working environment. The institute carries out interdisciplinary research projects to investigate fundamental and applied problems in the field of job design and prevention.
