Metaverse Academy – Addressing the Future Skills on AR/VR/XR Technologies

Metaverse immersive technologies (VR/MR/XR/AR) refer to a spectrum of immersive digital experiences that merge the physical and virtual worlds. The world is rapidly adopting these technologies in various industries, such as healthcare, education, and manufacturing.

We are delighted to introduce the Metaverse Academy (funded by the European Union), a pioneering initiative to address the skills gap in immersive technologies. With the global market predicted to reach $114.5 billion by 2027, the demand for skilled professionals is rapidly growing. We are here to meet this demand head on and provide innovative solutions.

The overall objective of the Metaverse Academy is to increase the EU’s competitiveness in the skills required for immersive technologies and to facilitate the adaptation of such technologies in different use cases through industry-academia collaboration, including training and fostering the entrepreneurial mindset of our students as target beneficiaries. The main objective of the Metaverse Academy project is to strengthen academic and professional training in the areas of skills required for immersive technologies.
