The second train-the-trainer (ttt) in collaboration with the IEP focused on heating pumps. One of the goals was to offer teachers from EPAL-schools an innovative way to fill the designable space in fixed curricula with technical topics in the field of green tech. Bernd Lachnitt, teacher at the HBZ, led the workshop and could answer many of his colleagues’ questions. The teachers’ feedback was very positive: they expressed a high demand for the qualification of teachers in the field of sustainable, innovative and technical solutions to be able to teach EPAL-students and prepare them for their new field of action.
Both ttt-seminars will be evaluated as part of the project. The results will be discussed with the IEP to initiate long-lasting qualification-programs for teachers at EPAL-schools.
